The manager was rude and only reluctantly received requests or questions. The playground is spacious and child-friendly. On the other hand, the children's playroom is in without a window a bit dreary and dirty. The rooms and the location are very nice therefor. The cleaner team was very friendly. Price for adults is okay, for children from three years to pay is over the top. Wanted to stay longer, but we because of the modest food and the friendliness of the boss have failed. Read more

Very friendly and competent we were taken; the service was very good-nice service in the main dining room and in the restaurant. We were ten days in Hotel panorama and enjoyed it very much. The food was a dream, there was every evening appetizers without end (extensive salad buffet, tomato/mozzarella, carpaccio, Mediterranean vegetables, breaded vegetables and much M) and a soup the main course. The dessert was always a dream former (dessert buffet with fountain, waffles, windbeuteln and much more at the grill evenings).
The room was in very good condition and very clean.
The hotel is very dog friendly and behind the hotel is a large forest to the Malagasy-.

We booked this hotel for a extended weekend and loved the price-performance ratio very disappointed. First, the positive: room was very spacious with two bedrooms and a large flat screen tv. Had one of the suites, but only insignificantly larger/more expensive. The hotel is equipped with sauna, pool table, Table soccer, etc. in the area well equipped and the furnishing is very nice. We were a big family (grandparents, parents and 1 child) felt very comfortable. Family Hofer is very hospitable. All requests were fulfilled immediately. All the staff are very friendly. The location and the view from the hotel are one-time nice. Skiing are we were with the own passenger car drove to ski lifts. There are plenty of free parking spaces available.
