This is one of the best, if not the best hotel in Switzerland that we've stayed. The staff is unbelievably friendly and nice. Always there and always willing to give tips on the area. When we arrived, we were put in a very small room. Since there were four of us, I inquired whether we could upgrade to a larger room. The lady at the desk not only gave us a bigger room but did not charge me for the difference. The hotel is old but well kept and has a lot of character. This is a very friendly and efficient familly run hotel
Th views of the 4, 000 m peaks of the Valais from the balcony is fantastic. everyhting else is all that could be needed
The dinners are fantastic and the wine cellat excellent
I go skiing in early March which seems to giv eht eright combination of weather and snow
The srvice at both breakfast and inner is excellent and the menu selection very good
It is in a quiet area with avery good shuttle service when needed

... are then the children from 19 o'clock daycare or much easier, parents to eat with its children already at 18:00 o'clock together in the same room at the same table, I think much comfortable. Our problem and as I think many, if 4-year old in the skiing school and then the food only around 19:00 on the table since one must as parents much imagination to use all quiet at the table without other disturb. The hotel has a very good views on that village and the 4000' in the area.
The kitchen is very good, alternating and especially very nice on the plates praesentiert. Also the entertainment the Hoteleigentummer and be son evenings is excellent and for fremdsprachiger guests very pleasant.

Medium size hotel maybe 30 rooms or so on 3 floors. Family rooms available. Excellent condition extremely well looked after and very clean. Breakfast & dinner available as well as free shuttle to the ski lifts. The Supersaxo family & staff are extremly welcoming and speak several languages fluently. The hotel is well suited to both couples and families with young children. Every effort is made to to give the clients a memorable stay. The main offer of the hotel is an excellent half-board.
