Come to attention by many, exclusively positive reviews we booked this hotel with great expectations 'alpina ', which were far exceeded. This hotel is equipped with a lot of love and taste of jewelry, its owner a competent, better informed and humorous hotelier. Since it was a Hotel Garni is, relates to the food on the breakfast buffet and the breakfast room. The price/performance ratio is characterized by absolute Preiswürdigkeit. ... The most outstanding feature of the breakfast at hotel Alpina is the selection of home made jam, from delicious rasberry jam to the unusual dandelion jam.
Brunnen is a quiet little town with a beautiful harbour, good restaurants and nice canals with a variety of water birds, including a couple of Mandarin ducks. Though not a place for those who seek a busy nightlife. In nearby mount Morschach and mount Stoos there are many walkways suited for hiking. A very clean Hotel. Very friendly and family type of looking after guests. I would recommend it to all. Bright, very clean rooms, elevator, wide breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. Good location and ideal for exploring the wonderful surroundings. By the hotel management a very personal and family type is in the care of the guests. Read more
