Very good hotel, mostly for winter sports, very nice views from rooms facing east. The only two downsides are; 1. The park 'UNORNUNG' around the hotel. The space at the hotel entrance there are enough but it should always cars at the parking ramp it is quite narrow, not only my opinion, also from other guests from Switzerland.2. When we arrived at the hotel we had to leave the ID or passport, reminds me of a komunistisches or other specific country, but one which is not a member of the EU and behind the counter there were still other passpor... The hotel rooms and facilities, etc., in other words is good, but the restaurant is not recommended. There was only one menu to choose from. The place (supposedly ' Lasgane ') was simply inedible, the secondo (chicken) completely dry on other meals after this experience. The Service at the Breakfast is more than lax: dirty dishes piled up on the tables, the guest had to his place itself empty rooms! Empty plates and bowls decorate the buffet... Read more

The bad evaluation for handicap refers to the Wellness Area, the pool access is not accessible for disabled people. At the beginning of of July is the place very empty and shabby from, but it has a gorgeous view and peace.
Food and drinks are very expensive, noodle soup for our small daughter at lunch 6 €.
at the Breakfast was the coffee from the their ability to communicate in other languages. Machine and juice also from the machine not to drink. Otherwise the breakfast was normal and nothing Special.

The staff off this hotel is very friendly and proffesional. The rooms are very good. The wellness area has a good accomodation. Luana and Elisa are two nice and friendly girls who can give you a nice massage. Read more
