First the good. The breakfast buffet was very good.
And now to my complaints. We arrived late in the evening around 10:00 P. M. and due to many construction sites around the hotel and parking lot with parking permit (The Sunday) for the hotel parking (five €/ day is okay) decided, located across the street from the hotel. We have a key to open the gate to get. However, the gate was not too close and not too over the weekend.

The hotel is located 300 m old-Weimar from the pedestrian zone in the centre. For sightseeing and shopping the car. The hotel's private, closed car park on the opposite side of the road at night costs five euros per day. In the rooms the Steuben road must be considerable traffic noise with the windows open to be taken into account. The Prellerstraße is comparatively transport arm. Simple, clean rooms, good breakfast in a winter garden-everything Bauhaus.
A very cozy restaurant-which we did not try out however, except for a glass of wine. Ideal starting point in order to discover Weimar. No luxury accommodator could do, but with personal flair and very friendly staff.

The rooms are very simple, clean and small. The quaint and traditional atmosphere continues unfortunately not in the room fort. The rooms have everything you need for a short stay. If you're here on business, the hotel was only to stay needs the furnishings absolutely sufficient. The parking is not so comfortable. My get a key to open the Parkplatztores in which you have to give back to the front desk.
