The reception is good. But where the hotel has four stars? The rooms were dirty the carpet was stains and burnt holes full. The bathroom was moldy. No curtains before the windows. The cleaning staff has loudly from about 7:00 on the corridor and also our room open. The room was partly not made and sucked the bar wasn't occupied. Too few service staff. Had as a family 2 rooms with connecting door. 2 bathrooms. The rooms were meticulous clean. Had all inclusive light is free drinks only to the meal times. Sauna there was, as well as jacuzzi.

The worst was the bathroom: General impression = worn, dirty broken shower curtain, mold behind the Silikonlöcher, Kalkränder on the amateurs dirty drain in the sink, which is in itself a cleaning lady not miss; a bit Essigreiniger and a brush could remedied.
