I would recommend this hotel only for people with children and low recommend! Definitely not a four star hotel in my opinion! I would not book this hotel again! The level of cleanliness of the restaurant was carelessly and repeated every two days. Many guests were not satisfied. Read more

The hotel is as already described the most completely okay.
You can improve a bit here and there, but for the four star it is simply not justified.
The bungalow area was quite nice laid out were, if you wanted to be away from the pool and bustle. The rooms are spacious and are equipped with air conditioning.
Typical spanish equipped stop. However, for three people we had a single closet with three land for the file, in a compartment the safe was available. This is an absolute no-go

Our holiday had end May, beginning June, the season has so about two weeks only really started. The entertainment was very good though, as the selection of the daily sport and leisure facilities.
The area looked very well maintained, however, there are a few aspects of renovation.

The bar is a bit small, but in the off season no problem is. The longdrinks were mixed fresh and were all good. The restaurant is not good (seemed a bit cold). The restaurant was great is, vests and short braces that are rigorously sent away. The change of the food could have been bigger, but it was OK. The pool area was the biggest I have seen until now on Mallorca. The entertainment team was very friendly. The cleanliness was in order, the IG one or the other hair in the bathroom, but we are times honest, that your bathroom is never 100%. Read more

We were now the third time there and were disappointed that so many Dutchmen were there. The chairs in the outdoor area include renewed. The carpet in front of the snack bar is disgusting.
Many pool chairs broken weren't changed. In the villas you can tell the age of the hotel the door was moldy. Also the food was not as good as in the years before.
One has the feeling that they want to earn only and rebuild nothing, so we will go somewhere else next year. Read more
