My wife and I stayed at Hotel am Konzerthaus in October 2011 and both were unsatisfied with some of the amenities. The room was far from spacious as written on the site of the hotel and viewed a backyard and windows of other buildings, but that wasn't the biggest problem. There was mold in the bathroom inside the bathing area which was more than unpleasant. The bed was soft, but nobody changed the sheets during our 4-nights stay.
