First of all, first: the two negative reviews are complete nonsense and one could ignore it. I've rarely friendly, nice, warm and helpful experienced hoteliers. We are about Groupon to the hotel and I had first due to a specific, bad review the vague feeling, with a coupon that you really could not be welcome. The absolute opposite was the case: If you 'Groupon-guest' or not, has no role played in the approach. Very professional... and thank you therefor. But back to the subject.
