We have ourselves altogether comfortable. The service is very friendly, but sometimes poor, the Thais are a bit chaotic (example: wake worked in our group at all, a room was woken up purchase order, the other no wake had ordered wachgeklingelt around four hours early). Cleanliness in the rooms rather poor. Excellent kitchen. What surprises us, is that many reviews say there were no access to the skytrain: that is not true! We stayed one night before our flight home. It was very nice, we could still use until 22 hours the pool, which had found some floors of Bangkok. Direct view of the largest high-rise Bangkok.
