Very small rooms, mini balcony, elevator only partially, no air-conditioning (rooms very warm) no view of the Sea, the pool was small and the childrens pool only separated with a grill. Block house area with aircraft noise. Good bus connections. Food was okay, little choice but fresh food, but dirty cutlery. The beach with many shopping possibilities and small food. Beach not always clean. Price/performance ratio was not good, but as an overnight stay okay without much demands. Read more

For the price, comparable to a three star hotel. With half board rather not recommendable. Food was not so good, for the price in town you could much better food. Breakfast was OK. Staff at the hotel very friendly. Some rooms were very small and dark. Room change was possible without a problem. Beach chairs at the pool, as well as tables and chairs at the pool brand new and very comfortable. Pool was clean and not too much chlorine. Many nationalities in the hotel, which was very pleasant. The hotel has a nice location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and many shops in the area. Also Palma and Arenal El are within reach. but the bathroom was broken. The shower was its best years behind it and the beds are squeaky schaedigend and back. The worst however was, that we on the next to last day a mouse in the room. In the morning you sat in my suitcase. In the afternoon and in the evening it is hidden between the curtains. When I called the staff and they said only abwaegig, that it is not possible. (!) Quiet neighborhood, five minutes from the beach. Supermarkets and banks are nearby, all within easy walking distance. The hotel was divided into the buildings, dinner in the hotel anfora about five minutes footpath.
