Complicated system of several elevators with no information inside - it is challenging to find the right elevator as you need to implement a win-fall tactic; breakfast service staff somewhat unfriendly; started collecting dishes before 10:00 hence causing a "hunt for food"; pricing in hotel restaurant is not adequate to the quality of food and service
