from the outside really tidy to look at. When checking in no help. Suitcase in 2 of the 5 floor will be driven. A person with suitcase, the lift was full. On the first day in the lift stuck remained, afterwards only still the stairs used 92 steps. Nevertheless nothing taken, maybe the food the only thing acceptable at this hotel. 90% Dutch.
I believe we had the smallest room in this residence. Have once new mattresses ordered, but the new were not better. 5 outlets in the room and toilet, but only to 2 was electricity. Hair dryer was there, ... Read more

The hotel is very old and it was already renovated nothing. The food was the same everyday, it was in the one week one type of sausage for breakfast, the eggs were tagealt, 5 kinds of salad 1 week the same. The room was okay except that the shower was full of mold. We gave the cleaning lady right on the first day a bit put our towels were changed daily. The pool was cleaned daily, and one daily 6.30 o'clock was woken up. We have heard the last season for the hotel was. It was still a nice vacation, we have made the best out of it! Read more

Staff was rude. I asked for a new table cloth, was brought under the complaint. Shortly before it was cleaned up the young staff member or the person so. On my complaint was then brought a new one. Such questions of management staff didn't belong in a service nothing. Oh yes, the hotel is next year will be sold to Russians maybe it is better. On the whole the hotel was okay. Read more
