A in the days come earlier certainly nice hotel, the not on the amount of time. But one loves the morbid charm from the South. The building is because of the steep rock slope above the Bay of letojanni, so that one, if you are not endless stairs wants, much with slow lifts traveling. The rooms experienced sea- and mountain views. The ätna is however hidden. Disturbing is the noise the railway and highway, the directly below the hotel in the valley are. We were for 4 days in this hotel -only to eat and sleep. Who peace or even silence searches to sleep is here rather wrongly at the place-the very nearby highway it is rather loud because quiet-it did not. The hotel primarily German booking besucht.
The only thing what we really 'impossible' find the shows that there was only cheap plastic spoons- ice, egg, yoghurt -everything with cheapest Plastiklöffeln... If I plastic would I go to McDonald not to the hotel! This is a 4-stars ** stars not compatible! We found the value for money okay. Read more

All in all a very relaxing vacation. The rooms are huge and clean, we had a room with a view of the pool and direct access to the terrace. When the weather is nice great for sunbathing. The buffet was varied and most of the things to delicious. The desserts buffet rarely was it again filled up. What way is way. The hotel consists of three parts, the lower part of Antares (where we were) is more like the standard three star and has seen its best times. Fortunately we have been able to the pool area in the Olympo use, which brought us relaxation. With bad weather one could not undertake much, since unfortunately no covered leisure possibilities were present, except in the wellness area Olympo, you could pay as Antares residents separately. The hotel has seen better days. The only two elevators to the beach are far too slow and the two from the beach to the desk could have done with a cleaning needed. Sleeping with open windows due to the freeway not to think. The disco music on the terrace in the evening before midnight we could not sleep. one speaks German, that staffs was friendly and anxious to supply a good service to terrace light with defective-became immediately repaired, otherwise there are a few smaller weak points in the plant, how it is in southern countries stop like that, but nothing which the stay would impair.
