'-when we arrived at about 10:30 P. M. in the hotel arrived, we had to 20 to 30 minutes wait, until our bracelets and at specified outlets got, talked with us also not.
- we have just a drinks at the bar get, there was nothing more. in the fridge in the room was not even a bottle of water sacked and in the whole hotel there was no water dispenser

The hotel is actually structurally in good condition. As well as the old and new building are clean and tidy. We were in the new building accommodated. The size of the rooms is sufficiently apart from the little closet! This is not easily accessible, since he through a 'third' bed was served! The only downside is that the lighting more than poor. All light bulbs are LEDs. Is actually commendable, but evenings in the room read was impossible. Way too dark. The other decor is OK.

We stayed at the Arabella world 23,10-03 November 2011, all inclusive, visit cost per person 555 euros ( flight from Leipzig/ hall, stay, no train to flight inclusive!). Hotel consists of two 6-story buildings. Main building is old, looks very well maintained for, disabled, 2 lifts. There is a restaurant, bar, before a comfortable small garden area. I recommend this hotel definitely not further! Service just null! Food for 4 star one disaster (rather 2 stars), hygiene of the kitchen staff under all sow. Rooms are pleasant, however you can with a led lighting on the whole area not really read. Foreign languages skills? Russian perfect! English not a word! German I expect abroad not, but at least secure English.
