We had booked a double room with extra bed, we got a tiny double room, without shower curtain in the bathroom, a deduction or window was missing there as well as some way to counter. The only window in the living/bedroom (dark) provided a view on the bottom of the stairs. The immediate complaint at the management of the hotel was the first two days and then with the reason turned away, if you are sold out and another room 50 euros per night extra charge. You were in a fix without a car, the hotel is not very big, but one had a bay to ourselves, nice, well-kept grounds, almost Caribbean anmutend with marvelous palms.
