The Astoria Playa is a renovated hotel and has a modern infrastructure and decoration to offer you the most pleasant stay. Our friendly Staff are here to assist you with great professionalism. Our hotel is located approximately 100 meters from Alcudia’s beach. It is one of the most beautiful in Majorca, famous for its white sand, and crystalline and calm waters. It has 3000 square meters of garden. No doubt, in our hotel you will be able to enjoy a well deserved holiday, with your family, on your own, or with a friend.


Hotel location
The Hotel is located in the north side of Majorca, by the Alcudia bay, famous for having the best security and nice beaches of white sand and crystalline waters of little depth, fantastic and sure for the bath.

It is placed approximately 100 meters from the beach, in a quiet and commercial district, you can also find as many public services as you want in a short distance (banks, pharmacies, bus stations, taxi stations ) and as entertainment (restaurants, shops, bars, pubs, discos, etc..)

2 Km. away from the Hotel, you find the Port of Alcudia where you can enjoy it having a nice walk around that lively place. 3 km., further down, you can visit the Alcudia old town, this old village has been visited for many years because of its romans and arabs steps that were found there. The historical center of Alcudia is surrounded by a wall and outside you can find the archaeological remains of Pollentia’s former city.

The roman city of Pollentia is the most important archaeological deposit of the island of Majorca of the roman epoch and the only one that will be able to visit of the island.

On Tuesdays and Sundays, one of the most popular traditional markets of the island are organized, in which they mix many cultures with infinity of articles to the sale.

If you are looking for activities related to nature, in a few kilometres, you will find the mountains called “Sierra Tramuntana” with its wonderful places and paths which are conditioned to go on a trip by bicycle and enjoy relaxing walks and views. In approximately 5 km you can find a natural park called “Parque Natural s’Albufera” which is the densest humid zone and the most important of the Balearic islands where they rest a great variety of migratory birds.

In our hotel we will be glad to inform you about many different activities which you will be able to make through the hotel (Golf, scuba diving, wind surf, boat trips, aquatic parks, etc. )

The hotel has 162 double rooms and 24 single rooms, all of them equipped with complete bath, terrace with garden view or swimming pool view, flat screen television, telephone, safety box, air conditioning, wifi. A wide and comfortable out-door swimming pool for adults and a separate pool for the children.
