Clean. Well furnished. Housekeeping very nice and thorough. Beds were okay, but mattresses could have been better. Area nicely arranged. Rooms were well set up. Beds could have had a better mattress for my taste. Good to very good. Housekeeping very good- Take a rental car. Great region for hikers and nature lovers. Good and varied. Cuisine was more local, but had something to offer for everyone. Quiet and good location. Near the ocean. Rental car absolute must, scout out the magnificent peninsula and to have good shopping possibilities. You're completely exhausted, you're looking for a spa, peace, relaxation - just get out and veg out? You've got a certain class, you have some manners and certain demands for the hotel and the other guests? Then, forget it. Don't read on. You'd belong to only 10% of the clients who also feel like this, even if the hotel described itself differently. About 90% of the guests were parents with their kids. There were no kids' entertainment, just 3 pools, a playground, and a room functioning as a kids paradise. Apart from that - nothing. Al... The hotel is one of the best we've stayed in our holidays. It has about 800 rooms, we stayed in an apartment which had also an exit to one of the three pools in the club. The cleaning of the room was done daily, without becoming annoying, while we were missing. The personnel were very warm and always answering promptly to all our needs. The food was just extraordinary, the diversity and great taste was in the house. We also had champaign in the morning meal! The only weak point of the hotel is the beach, which is very clean but very "thin" ... Continue reading the hotel review,in June 08Alexandra, Age 26-30, FamilyRead 632 times - 33% helpful

I was in Athena Pallas in November. As I have booked the last minute, my demands were not especially high. The hotel is built really nice, many small details, however just like everywhere in Greece the cleaning also crumbles over here. You should also accept it like that, otherwise you can stay at home. The personnel is really kind, the rooms are equipped good. In November the hotel was mostly occupied by Russian and Bulgairan guests. It is not everyone's thing, but I found it really nice. Amirably designed location with village character and small chapels, taverns, etc. No standard hotel! Modern furniture, balcone with view at the lagoon-pool and also sea and super great multifunctional shower in the bathroom :-) Great service in restaurant. Germanspeaking and competetive. Clean rooms and kind pool team. Autorenting is very worthwhile, in order to explore the surrounding great bayous. Local taverns are also recommendable. Main restaurant with diversified meals, especially the deserts from in-house pastry shop are tasty. Be...
