After our arrival we were on the inadequate designed desk surprise. The receptionist (, as well as in all other staff) spoke only very little German/English. The rooms (we booked two rooms) were an impertinence: an outlet was hanging loose from the wall, the air-conditioning and a fridge didn't work, a ceiling was hanging by a cable from the ceiling, but the worst thing was the mold in the bathroom area. The location on the Promenade, the proximity to the ocean and the pool were a major plus of this hotel. The worn furniture and, above all, the moderate food but it's not the standard of a 4 star hotel. The warm dishes at the dinner buffet offered little incentive for us. Beach close, directly on the long Promenade located, local visited Hotel. The restaurant in the house by the daily varying choice of the food was pleasantly surprised and it was very tasty. The friendly staff in the restaurant, bar or in the terraced area always attentive care of us. The price/performance ratio is fully OK. Read more
