The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. The great room-we were every evening, when we returned, on the new getreut, as well as the varied and delicious food at the restaurant. Comfortable, not huge centrally located city hotel with very friendly staff. Pool area a bit small and almost always fully at this time of the year in the shade. We spend our vacation for ten years in the atrium and still loved the service, the warmth of the staff, the quality of the food and the total of the hotel in relation to the price. It was constantly being cleaned a little more renewed or upgraded. The restaurant was a bit firm, you get on request super soft mattresses cushions, the newly purchased.
