A small comment - French are not tea drinkers but as many other nations discover this spot, it would be great to replace Twinings at breakfast with either loose leaf tea or one of the better French labels (MdF, LPdT); also, while we loved lunches and dinners, we found breakfast to be a bit too basic, missing some cheeses and apple pies.
