When I arrived, there was no room available, although booked.
I had to share the room with a colleague.
The staff responded to my complaint rather annoyed and not service.
Not in any room there was an air conditioner, the days were a torture.
The management seemed uncoordinated and customer service.

The 5star hotel sparkles of course the unique location right next to the Wartburg, which also entitled the stars.
