However, it was dirty, paint peeling everywhere, curtains falling apart and coming off the hangers, A/C was broken in our room and staff would not fix it or move us until we strongly demanded - and then only next day, internet did not work most of the time (staff admitted it was an old and out-dated computer), carpet dirty and stained, wooden floors coming apart and dirty, entrance on the street constantly filled with loiterers and smokers who blocked the passage, next-room guests and their plumbing were loud and interfered with sleep (walls very thin), staff argued with each other at breakfast in front of the guests, management charged us high/full rate for the room with the broken A/C. - in July 10

Pros: 1) location across from Train Station and in same plaza as Bus Station was great for traveling to/from Rome and Florence 2) included breakfast. Cons: 1) there are steps to get in the front lobby which can be a pain if you have luggage 2) breakfast variety is meagre 3) washroom is not air conditioned and shower door was leaky
