For Thailand bad service, it happened that we in the restaurant sat and not serviced, also for breakfast it was not always normal the coffee after the first order came. We were already much better used. Also the English at the front desk very limited.

The hotel area was very beautifully designed. There are two major main building (with 12 rooms) and more small Villas. We stayed in one of the main building building. The state of the hotel is great. The room staff came twice daily. In the morning the towels changed, the bed newly remodeled, general and in the afternoon was once again to the right look. We were for the first time in Thailand and total loved it. My only complaint was the long check in was a bit of a hassle. We were well informed about the hotel, so there were no surprises there. On the contrary, it was nicer than expected. Not from some weird reviews to be put.

We are very happy and relaxed missing here. The staff were wonderful and the location at the and of chaweng beach of the food were positively rated for us.
I do feel that the hotel will need a refurb quite soon but I can say honestly, we would be disturbed by t in any way.
