We were with the hotel more than satisfied. The room was big, very clean and had everything you need ( TV, large bed, large wardrobe ). The bathroom for the brief of the stay okay - the shower is a little small, but completely sufficient. The breakfast buffet is really very good and much. The hotel was at our time ( middle December) very empty and therefore quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Because of the verkehrslärmes and Fluglärmes (entry lane) it is not possible to open the windows. Even with the windows closed, a hearing is highly recommended. One-time a blockage of drains and the toilet with a funky odor education, but was on the next morning again disappeared. The location is not central, but with good subway connection to the train. Is close to the airport with open window you can hear the planes, hotel is located right in the flight path.
Room was equipped with safety deposit box, the easy to use was.
The bathroom was rather small, the shower cubicle could get you fear. The hotel room was clean.

We had booked the room, as we were traveling by plane go abroad and the service use: sleep, breakfast, car and taxi to the plane. For these purposes, the accommodation was perfectly suitable. We booked this hotel as a park, sleep & fly. Therefor it is adequate, not for more. It smells in the hotel building with toilet, because the Hotel seemed clogged plumbing has problems. The hotel is located right in the entry lane of Tegel, but closer to the airport for passengers hardly. Corresponding loud it was until late into the night. The hotel is easy to find and although not that enticing from the outside the hotel offers decent accomadation, we found the room comfortable and clean, no kettle though which was dissapointing We did not use any of the hotels facilities so cannot comment on these.

The neighborhood is away from the normal tourist areas, so enjoyed that experience as well The hotel is right on a flight path so lots of planes flying over but didn't notice the noise in the night.

The neighbourhood is not the best you can find in Berlin, because it is far from the centre and near the airport it is more populated by immigrants making it a suspicious neighbourhood but we had no problems during our stay.
