The holiday met our expectations fully. Very attentive staff, great people and great food. six pool areas including saltwater pool, everything is perfectly maintained.
Rooms with sea view. Daily fresh bed sheets twice a day and fresh towels.
Sensational buffet, daily different theme. Breakfast buffet great.

The gran hotel is also on our second stay in a outstanding condition. The statement 'paradise on Earth' I had heard of a visitor. It started with friendly reception staff, clean, spacious rooms with daily change of linen, hardly a break to garden and pool area to to a food in the restaurant, the for each taste a great selection. More restaurants and bars are available for the guests (half board is applied everywhere).

Stayed in the Junior suite on the Casas Ducales wing.
Already entering the lobby for the guests is the separate Ducales a small highlight.
The lobby looks more like a huge living room in demman immediately feel at home. The main reception is a desk with laptop. More it need not. The staff is attentive and well prepared on the guest.
The technicalities are quickly and the luggage already on the room.
These extra wing of the hotel is very to recommend, if you sit on privacy and tranquillity. Here is a great deal of it.

The evening used to be a downer the many restaurants were rather average-but I am pleased to say my and others carping have worked ,the Tasca where I had one of the best steaks in red wine ever, the trattoria with very good penne arrabiata- the brasserie with excellent sole meuniere and finally the bar azul at lunch which my granddaughter gave 10/10 for her hamburger(and she is fussy) The staff are very friendly remember regular customers like us and have a smile for all Only one apparent minus is the les aguas their fine dining restaurant- the menu looked a bit tortured to me- expensive and we did look at the room it just needs making more intimate ,its a big area and somehow lacks something. - in November 09
