The hotel has the character of a city hotel and offers a very good price performance ratio. It lies in a middle-class residential area. The location was great for me ideal from Palma city and very close to the beach, far enough from the hustle and bustle of Arenal. Read more

the rooms are very clean and in good condition. The breakfast offers a good choice of different types of sweet Pastries, 2 kinds of toast, however only one kind of roll. Various sausage (canned) fruit and, muesli. On demand also scrambled egg or fried egg. The guests were mixed.

The hotel has gotten a bit old, but individual spaces for example: bathroom and dining room have been renovated. The hotel has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are from the size was fully in order. We had a balcony overlooking the street, across the street from the market place, with a partial view of the promenade/beach. Strong praise at the front desk: we could move into our room already in the morning at nine o 'clock, instead of only at noon around 13 o' clock. Of course, that was great.
