In principle, we can recommend the hotel (main building). Accommodation in an apartment building across the street you should consider the many steps good. We had to go several times a day every day 107 steps down and up. We were first in the apartment building across the street, D Ann in the main building. The cleaning was very bad! location of the hotel on the coast well, rooms from the size and furnishings adequate. Pool and garden area was nice. Cleanliness all in all okay. Beds and bath were only on the second day after asking. Only one key from the room for 3 people in the room.

Our first room was on the last floor (Bali village)- hotel without lift. We have nothing against stairs but over 200 steps from the beach up into your room, several times daily-what too much is, is too much!
We could on request to 2 nights the room change. Very nice were the terraces of the bar and the dining room.

All three days there were fresh towels it was adequate, the daily cleaning was unfortunately lacking a bucket with a cloth and a mop had enough for the cleaning. Dirt was distributed only from room to room. With sagrotan increase is very recommendable. Read more

This hotel, our room was on the village on the top floor, we had a fantastic view over the bay of Bali, however, one should also inform before the is there is no lift and a good selection of stairs to climb, we are also in the description of the catalog, we can therefore don't understand the you were upset needs to be, and the staff there is no theme or taste must - this goes in principle rather for German clientele - we can only be positive about this hotel and the staff. It was clean, the food was varied, the staff was super nice and always tried, that there were no communication problems.
