I am really sorry, that I've stayed there. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. I was on a business trip in Pleven and had to stay somewhere for three nights. Just after the reception I understood, that I have done a mistake. Somehow I spend the first night in hotel Balkan, but in the early morning changed the hotel for the other two nights. Read more
