The hotel staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable (we had a room at the back of the hotel, so it was also quiet), the area is very nice - lots of cafes and restaurants around, a small food store and a bakery on the corner open until late, metro is about 150 meters away, and the direct line brings you to all major attractions.
