We got a room that had a bad smoke smell. Then they changed it but another room still had the smell. I suspect they changed the smoking rooms into non-smoking ones but without any refurbishment. So the smell still stays in the furniture, carpet, etc. Read more

Had breakfast and the was great every day, there was always a freshly squeezed orange juice and the waiters have a hot chocolate or tea at the table, the buffet was very good and all staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are great!' Clean, also on the Cabinets and the mattresses and pillows looked like new! The hotel staff is very friendly; the room I had and the bathroom were very clean and what one would expect if they were at a 5 Star Hotel except this hotel's prices are closer to a 3 Start Hotel.
