Unfortunately, we got some complaints, especially in the restaurants you have not yet much of hygiene belongs. The runner and the tables with the same towels wiped without in between flushed out to be.
In the morning were in the premium range not always adequate eggs fried. In the premium sector are missing opportunities to sit by the pool in the sun. Not all the guests want are sit down.
In the first week was our room not before 3:00 P. M. Cleaned. Only after Intervention it worked better.

Very good concept. I hope it will be successful. Away from the cheap tourism and more excellent. I think Barcelo' is on the right track. The, the nahziehen as Iberostar will not suffer as a result. The complex is very clean and well maintained. The dining area is in the premium class. If you leave the hotel with other areas of Fuerteventura and compare four stars have, should Barrcelo'Club premium five stars have. Read more

We stayed at the December 2011 for one week in the hotel. Admittedly, when the bus this huge area transportation, we were a bit shocked. But this did not last long. At the front desk it was done by a very friendly employee of the hotel immediately in the area lead. There you could sit in peace and in check.
