Total mass processing in totally überlasteter area. long overdue repairs no maid service. Complex is just added bled. Cleanliness: non-existent everywhere!!! Between the Tellerstapeln cockroaches in the dining room. Plates are damp. Tables were not cleaned for the new guests. Chairs on the terrace are fully pigeons and bird droppings. Disappointing for Barcelo standards!
Hotel Barceló Castillo Beach Resort in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura
Beautiful garden in bungalow area integrated. Long ways to the restaurant, pool, pool bar, for the evening entertainment and to the beach. The property is so much too big.
The bungalows were spacious and the level of equipment also in order. We even had two terraces.
At the reception and in the restaurant staff and so everything very impersonal. At the pool bar a bit better. The room cleaning was poor. We had not even in the 14 days a clean towel.
Price/performance ratio: bad

the hotel is very beautiful.
next year is much renovated and we are looking forward, as it is. We will next year in May for the sixth time be there.
the rooms are reasonable. But there is time for a thorough renovation.
the staff are very friendly. Since we already at 5, were there, knows the staff us and we will very friendly augfgenommen.
thanks to the pool barkeeper Togay and Idris. Thanks to Fatih and Osann. Thanks to the staff in the Chinese restaurant. The table for us was very nice.

Hotel Gran Bahia Principe Tulum in Akumal / Riviera Maya, Yucatan Peninsula / Mayan Riviera
after lengthy deliberations on where we want to spend our winter holiday, we opted for the Gran Bahia Principe Tulum.
it seems a good choice: the water was sensational! Every day 30 grand and more and only in the evenings, light showers. Since we had really lucky.
the complex is very large. All in all there are 3 large spaces (hotels) to chain belong and you can all of them use:
