Gastronomy in the hotel
Stews and fish dishes are island specialties, and are typically served with a selection of "mojo" sauces, made from a blend of olive oil, herbs and spices. "Sancocho" is one of the most traditional fish stews, made from locally caught fish such as dentex, wreckfish and corvina.
Meat is also a big favorite, especially pork. The "puchero de carne" (meat stew) and roast leg of pork are both typical regional dishes.
Potatoes are another common ingredient in Lanzarote cuisine and are prepared in a number of ways. Potato stews are very popular, as are the famous "papas arrugadas", (literally, wrinkled potatoes) boiled with a lot of salt and served with "mojo picon" sauce.

At the front desk there are 3! Staff where not one of the German language, on the contrary we were laughed at!, because we only! Speak German. The rooms are poorly equipped, detain one could not itself! Two wooden chairs without cushions. Over cleanliness you need not to talk, was not there! Want to praise our the entertainers you have, in the evening entertainment very much trouble.

we had a room with a view of the sea, that was the only thing beautiful. The room and the bathroom was catastrophic and in very bad condition. I can not at all list all! In the bathroom there was no shelves for toiletries, no hair dryer (you could also no get). When we arrived the toilet flush was broken.
on normal way we couldn't go into the bathroom, was so closely the passage between bed and cabinet-you could not move. The only and free outlet was behind the armoire.

Medium sized hotel area consisting of studios and apartments. Of 3 floors. Rooms are simple but clean, but there are by extra charge also superior apartments, these are renovated.
