Barcelo consists of 5 hotels, but the palace is the largest of all. guests of the palace, the comfort use of the sister, the other way round that is not on!. the complex is really huge, but you never felt constrained or area is crowded. the hotel lies in the middle of nowhere, on the highway the collector tivos drive to Playa del Carmen, or rent a car. the latter we did, because they streets very very good developed and sights easy reachable by car are. This is the Barcelo Maya palace deluxe Bacelo Maya Resort hotel. The complex is very large, altogether but very nicely laid out and is located in one wonderful Bay. The beach was fine sand, very directly upstream nice snorkeling opportunities. We have even Turtle Bay seen in this. we personally negative was, that the cleanliness in our the rooms were a bit left something to be desired. We were up 28,03 11-04-10 at the Barcelo Maya palace. Unfortunately at this time the American spring breakers there. These are the high school graduates, the 21 years at home I alcohol must drink, in Mexico, but with 18 (and earlier). In accordance with the ambience fell five star hotels. In the à la carte restaurant was in the evening partly such a noise level, you couldn't hear each other talk. A restaurant in hung, during dinner, a young man just on his plate. excellent, exclusive hotel area with a beautiful sandy beach. Very large rooms with two twin beds (up to 4 persons) and beautiful Sitting area (2 sofas) and a balcony. Everything was very clean, very friendly staff (mostly Spanish and English speaking). Food and beverages on a very high all inclusiveStandard. Diving School in the hotel. It was a really beautiful vacation. The only thing to complain about, is the buffet restaurant. The service is if you bad luck was under any review. Once you were ignored, then if you are a bit away from the buffet will pick you up from the table distributed (the place einweiser cleared the table and simply other guests can sit) I happened a couple of times. After complaining this condition there was no change or more carefully and more attentive Work. very nice I found the swimming with the turtles, the swim to 5 meters to the beach. Read more
