For that much money you could expect more, we had our dog with us, for this we had to pay even extra, was ordered for the money but nothing! No Läckerli, no dogs dish with fresh water... NOTHING! The rear stairwell invites you to the spooky a board. The elevator is too small, a wheelchair has not capacity. The bathroom was not cleaned or the towels were changed on the floor. The service and cleaning staff could not speak German. Front desk very friendly. I thought, for this price (not cheap!) you should expect geputzen bathroom floor (it or hair and other dirt around)! Otherwise okay, just: more for people with low demands. Read more

We are not very picky eater! But this former 'smoking' (the stale smoke could be seen, even in your own room) is in desperate need of refurbishment! Nevertheless, it would be a good location, in the centre of lucerne old gem! But... Our room was full of cobwebs, the bed from the flea market a cheap bed, the mattress was hard, the bathroom was functional but was dingy, the carpets 'smelled ' old for athlete's foot!
