the hotel is a medium-sized hotel area with a very nice and maintained garden area at the bavaro and has in our opinion a good organization.
in all of the corners are gardener, cleaning staff and pool cleaner daily entrance without this disturbing worked. In between by the gardener away coconuts the palm trees on the tourist distributed.

unfortunately the rooms not well cleaned, dusting is not at all

I had a room guy A booked extra charge paid and no better Than the other guests the no choice extra charge paid.
it dripped in the bathroom the ceiling and in some places in the room mold the color and the on the walls and I have a extra charge paid for a renovated room guy A, but I do not have received. 5 rooms I had looked at and none of the rooms was better. I have been told, this would be the renovated rooms!

the hotel is relatively new and the complex very generously designed. You live in bungalows, the 8 apartments houses. In terms of size, you could easily 6 people in a apartment fit in. One had even a kitchenette, furthermore a large bathroom and before it still another laundry room. Cleanliness was always perfect. In the superior rooms you default a jacuzzi. Got 3 rooms that were clean but all needed bathroom remodeling, the second day and due to the works, they trasferred us to better rooms, totally remodeled and upgraded with jacuzies, very close to the beach, fantastic location!

Nicely arranged and spacious area, a bit old (20 years old more than), large well-appointed rooms, repairs carried out lay said, a lot of traffic on the ways: guests transportation to the main restaurant, laundry, Gartenreinigung, standard, maintenance and suppliers of restaurants, staff was friendly and attentive, leisure facilities are large, air humidity was high (whether due to time of year?), plenty of pool chairs available, but some have stayed at six o'clock in the reserve, five star maybe once; now bad four star.
