Generally OK.
At breakfast a poor view and a view of the hours upon entering. Were a bit lost there, to our table was. Coffee supply only when we asked, and then with a thud commented.
This had the positive impression of the house a bit troubled.

We have rarely seen such a cool and impersonal atmosphere. The staff was in a bad mood, worked on busy and pleasure in their work. The faces were unfriendly.
The conversation went as follows (1 week after stay): Good morning, coffee or tea?
More wasn't't spoken. That was all.
The breakfast was basic copy, always too little and they both tasted, as if they were from straw.

The furnishing is rather old. The windows are not very great. As the road close, the balcony invited to relax. Besides, there was everything available that was needed, but not more than that.
There are parking spaces available-free of charge. The selection at the buffet breakfast is rather small and close together convival. Walk about 15 minutes to the lake. Read more

Very easy connections to and from both Munich and Salzburg and the steam tram to the Chiemsee was an excellent way of getting to the wonderful lake with its very popular and extremely relaxing cruises to the islands and Schloss.
