This hotel has very spacious rooms. A normal bedroom with Airco and a Fan. A Anti Mosquito device is provided. Besides the bedroom, there is a separate bathroom, with hot running water. And you have a private terrace with stunning views. The hotel is sitiuated on a hill. There are quite a few steps before you are in your room. There is a very friendly staff, Excellent cooking. Everyday breakfast in your room at a time you want!
The staff will help you with all your needs like hiring scooters, organize tours, reconfirm your flight etc.

Some good places in the area are easily reachable by bus" or "motorbike taxi to reach. As I was during the rainy season at Flores, were tours to the inland only limited. Very good hotel with friendly and helpfull staff. When I called Adrian from Denpassar that we were heading to Labuan in a few hours he arranged a privat Bemo from the airport to the hotel. The room was super clean with a perfect bathroom and AC. The view from the room (no 6) was breathtaking. Breakfast at your own terrace and every afternoon fresh tea with a snack. When you don't want to go downtown they will prepare you a dinner.
When you stay away for a night (in case of a 2-day trip at sea) they charge you less. Or nothing when you empty... Read more

We were in a diver Labuan Bajo booked over the internet this "hotel" selected. The contact was friendly and accommodating. Every day on a board breakfast for the next day, also always worked very well. We went with a "local" bus stop is directly next to the front door to the harbor ( circa 10 minutes). The closest restaurants and bars were a bit further away and evening (back) are no local buses. The room was very functional and generous. The Bayview Garden is about 60 meters above Labuan Bajo and has a unique Blickauf the harbor and the offshore island of the Komodo for national parks. Within a few minutes you reached the main street of Labuan Bajo. The whole staff was very friendly and courteous and anticipates your every wish was fulfilled.
