The air conditioner didn't work and the mattresses were dirty and very uncomfortable. The shower was filthy. Hotel staff were unhelpful and apathetic. When checking out, the staff failed to inform us ahead of time that any other services (massage) must be paid in cash, leaving us to walk a mile to the closest ATM. We almost missed our transfer to the airport because of this, which would have made us miss our flight. Read more

Friendlyness of the staff is outstanding, good knowledge of foreign languages in all areas (reception, bar, restaurant). Hotel is clean.
Three little things to be mentioned: beach is not directly in front of the hotel but two beaches in short walking distance: coffee in the morning hard to get the right "strength" and finally: after taking a shower the tub is very slippery and therefore it is hard to step out for eldely peolpe or persons with a handicap.

Be st directly a rental car book and the hotel as a starting point use.
We can also hike the Castello recommend, about one and a half kilometer and then to Cala Milor. Very nice walk by the protected Naturzone, the dunes landscape to ask.
Here there is more options for shopping, as well as bars.

For Mallorca an average hotel. We have this hotel booked, since we anyway with the rental car were out and only for staying the night in the hotel were. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very poorly soundproofed, but in the most hotels in Mallorca and Spain is the case. Is the in-room safe, and wireless subject to a charge. Safe for about 3,50 euros per day and wireless 3 euros/ h or 15 the week.
