We were seven times in Egypt, but this hotel complex has fulfilled our expectations. Complex, staff, room, food etc. Was everything great. The hotel complex located on a plateau, so you have a wonderful panorama. To the sea down there are staircases and a lift shopping (old market) is in a couple of minutes reachable. The location of the hotel is the view was amazing. Friendliness of the staff very good. The food we tasted excellent, it is however somewhat less varied than in a five star hotel. A really beautiful hotel. From the outside very plain. But from the inside really very, very great. The first room in the main building not so great. But it was without complications changed. This was the second time we'have stayed in this hotel and as always totally satisfied. Sure you will find always somewhere something to moan about, but it should be realistic and remember, that at home also not always everything without small drawback is.
