There are different categories. We had standard-it was really very, very basic. The other categories of photos we know. The room was clean, shower/WC and air conditioning worked. The restaurant was the same for all categories, very good food at moderate prices and very nice, helpful staff. At least in the off-season no walk reachable Kneipp Chen opened, so ate dinner in the hotel.
