The first two offered rooms had considerable Flaws. In the third rooms were amongst others shop the mattresses very good. Sheets definitely not clean and full of holes. The double bed, two dream single beds, goes apart. Safe and fridge costs extra. All inclusive-customers must the beverages yourself. Half board-customers are served. Had 2 weeks booked all inclusive. The food is good. Each morning sparkling wine for breakfast and otherwise sufficient selection of warm and cold food. In the restaurant was the service staff rather rude, except for the chefs. From time to time we had in the restaurant visit of a bird ( sparrow). Evenings we could even with drinks wine, beer and so on use where however per guest only one empty glass to be available. Because of the last bad reviews we are skeptical about the Beatriz and were positively surprised.
If you have a good, comfortable rustic style hotel with many local details and beautiful Sculptures estimates, you there be comfortable. Already at reception we were greeted friendly in German, were able to check-in immediately, although we arrived around 10 in the hotel were. Beautiful and large complex. To the airport only 10 minutes by car, the landing and taking-off of planes didn't bother us, it was even interesting. It was a direct Standlage, but the beach in front of the hotel was very dirty and rocky, if one however somewhat further leaves, was the beach great. We would recommend the hotel. Read more

The hotel is dated, it shall be carried out no repairs; the clientele is 'all inclusive 'and by cheap-guests very bad, in their pajamas english' breakfast 'Buon appetito' , one has the impression, the hotel is on the verge of closure-as the plants Fiscos and Playa pocillos matter.

The plastic cups at the pool bar not bother us have, if you were in the trash cans empty then flew around also not.
