We spent a week at the Beatriz Playa spent. The weather for December was wonderful-lots of sun, the water was rather cold, but you get used to it quickly, if you are in the water.) Lanzarote is a wonderful Island, where very much to discover-recommendable to rent a car and explore the island on his own. ... to say, the Hotel Beatriz far outshone any hotel we've experienced, and we won't hesitate to come back time and time again! My son left, teary eyed, not so much for leaving Lanzarote, but for leaving all of his new "amigos" who'd made him feel so welcome!
We were amazed that many of the staff & management remembered us (or rather my son!) from 2 years previous, and it was lovely to feel like more than just a number on a reception logbook.
