we were upon our arrival very friendly received. We had a freshly renovated rooms with private, new bathroom-everything very clean and modern. The booked breakfast was good and the staff very accommodating. The lobby is very comfortable equipped and the offered drinks are pricewise really reasonable. If we had questions, we were immediately help-the whole team of the hotel beausite was always for us and gave us a really pleasant, very friendly and relaxed vacation allows. Thank you! Read more

the hotel has its best years a long time left, the furnishing has the Charme of the eighties, partly very worn, the bathroom had no shower just tub, mold on the silicone seams shall, food is okay, the service was not every day the same, sometimes it worked well (it was the boss) otherwise were also gladly times the guests left to their own devices, the guests were rather older, view and location were very nice, you could make a lot out of it, so unfortunately no good impression Read more

Family run hotel, which is clean and tidy.
Perfect if you are staying just a few nights.
We stayed there for 2 nights
Room was an average size, clean and tidy.
The only down side is that there is no air-conditioning.
The staff are very friendly and very, very helpful.
Reception staff speak perfect English and are very knowledgeable regarding Interlaken and travelling to the Mountains.
