Hotel Bellavista is a charming, medium-sized hotel, beautifully appointed in the "Swiss" style with lots of local wood, warm fabrics and furniture that's actually comfortable to sit upon. The rooms are generously laid out and have modern conveniences like a safe, a mini-bar and a sound system. Our family suite was perfect for our family of four and included a generous bedroom for the adults, a smaller one for our children and a living area that joined the two in which we could really relax and spread out. A family run hotel, with incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and inviting rooms. All of the family members seem to be involved in running the hotel. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a wonderful buffet style breakfast which consists of fresh local produce, cheese, home baked breads, cakes, etc. They have a shuttle service to and from the hotel.
The room was very clean, cozy, beautifully decorated. Our room had a perfect view of Matterhorn. The bathroom as just as clean.
