Front desk unprofessional, statements are retained, although at the check-in three times brighter room with balcony gewunschen no reaction, breakfast incredibly bad, has been mentioned by front desk buffet, there was no variety of food, the coffee was bad and in Italy, eggs must be paid extra, pure service desert, price/performance ratio was right here at all!
