Clearly better than the 3 star indicate. need before a 4 star hotel not to hide. Ideal for a city trip, where you rarely anyway in the hotel and so sauna, gym, etc. not needed. Great quality breakfast, large clean rooms and very friendly staff. Read more

Very large rooms and suites, everything was clean. Bathroom and beds well maintained. Breakfast plentiful, would also 4 - 5 star hotel rich. The bar closes at 10pm. We were with 8 people in 3 suites and a double rooms. There were no complaints, but nothing but praise. Highly recommended. Read more

We booked the Benefis as part of city break (2 days) and had therefore also no major needs. It was so much nicer, that everything was fine. It was a very small and quiet (30 rooms). From the foyer to the rooms everything seemed incredibly modern, new and clean. Although it is located very close to downtown (15 min walk to the Rynek) the rooms were pleasantly quiet, only from and to was the TV of the room next door to be heard. The hotel is a relatively small hotel with 20 rooms. It is very close to the town center and within walking distance are easy to get to the main sights. From the rooms overlook the Wawel Castle, the Königshügel of Krakow. The hotel is fairly new, built/renovated in the year 2008. The rooms and bathroom are very large and spacious, everything we needed was available. Everything is very clean and pleasant.

In small shops and also the Benefis you can relax with drinks and food for the day. Highly recommended is a coffee in the small bakery directly by the hotel (Please note: "were great calorie bombs however fortunately")
