The hotel in general
Silence and centrally located? Individuality and personal care? No problem in the apartments of the "Wohnpark Binz".
The park with its old trees and the garden pond is also very delightful. Benches inside the park are nice places to relax.
At the day of arrival you are welcomed by our experienced staff of the reception who will be at your disposal during your holiday. Likely we help you with your lugguage. Sending via post is also possible. Travelling by train is no problem, please contact us in advance and we fetch you at the train station for free. If you come by car you can decide between places in our multistorey car park or in the underground car park (both for a fee). For bicycles we offer places in the underground car park for free.
Hotel location
The "Wohnpark" is centrally located in the old centre of Binz. Only 200 Metres away you can find the sandy beach, the promenade of the" Schmachter See" as well as several shopping facilities. In less than 5 minutes you reach the mall with the sea bridge and nice shops.

So, we were new year 11/12 in binz and chalets was very nice. The complex is great and very well-appointed rooms... We had self catering and there was everything there from the toaster to claw to dishwasher+ 1 tab (neht still some of at home with)! For 4 people it was apartment very adequate. The bathroom was a bit small, but very clean, as well as the rest of the apartment. Nice Operations at the front desk! Great area-for every guest group-unlimited recommended. The pool is great. All the same whether single, couple or family. You feel at all corners and ends, that the owner is active in day-to-day personally. Great-one feels as guest simply serious taken. I will definitely go back with family. Only 200 meters from the beach, about. Hundert meters away from the center, complimentary pick-up from the train station, games and books in a rich selection and a heated indoor pool, these are the advantages of this apartment hotel. As our tour operator only the condo to the busy street had ordered, it was still possible, two exchange apartments to offer. We highly recommend this apartment to others. The location was perfect, furniture was adequate, staff at the front desk very helpful. Luckily we had the in-house beautiful, brand new indoor swimming pool opposite, since we had three days of rain. A supermarket was about 300 metres around the corner. We were at the end of the year and the second time on the island of rügen in binz.
The complex is very well maintained.
It is located right in the centre of binz and the beach is a few minutes walking distance.
The staff was always friendly and competent stuff help.
The room (apartment) was a bit small for six adults and a child, but for three days.
Only a balcony we missed, as a non-smoking room was of course the room, that would be not bad former.
