The hotel is a bit away from 'the action' and is therefore (I think) only reachable by car. The staff are very friendly. There are no smoking rooms. So if you want to smoke, should ask for a room in the bungalows, as these have a balcony or Terrassse. My room was in the direction of a busy street, but you don't hear and also, if you sit on the terrace. So its not a problem.
