the hotel is unfortunately very shabby and getting old. 4 star I expect for other service, even if 4 stars are that only Spanish. Food tasted very bland and there was every day almost the same. In the case all inclusive Transaction could several Drink on the menu only for payment ordered to be. The rooms only every other day cleaned. Beach towels were available together, but one was not allowed only after three days exchanges. I would rate the positive staff. Not quite new anymore hotel but still fully in order. The food was very good, there was something for everyone. The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness were more than adequate. We have felt ourselves very well in hotel. The quality and location to the beach is ideal. The only drawback was the sofa... We booked 1 week double room all inclusive.
on arrival they gave us 1 double room on the first floor with a view to street given. After complaining (Reason: room was dark, bars on balcony) in the 3 floor changed.
